To synthesize this item, you will need one unit of Salty Grass, one unit of Princess Grass, one unit of Water and one unit of Fuel. If you are attempting to complete this quest after making decent progress in the story, you will likely have all the required items in your possession, as they are somewhat easy to find.
Once you have synthesized a Sotea, bring it back to Kati to complete the quest. You will get 350 Cole as reward.
