The Lord of Blood’s Favor is a key item in Elden Ring that players obtain during Varre’s questline. Once players have invaded other players three times, returning to Varre at the Rose Church will award players with Lord of Blood’s Favor and a chance to become the Knight of Blood Lord, Mohg.

To complete Varre’s quest in Elden Ring, you have to soak the Lord of Blood’s Favor item with a Maiden’s blood. The best way to achieve this is by getting the dead Maiden’s Blood, whom you can find in the Chapel of Anticipation.

Chapel of Anticipation is the starting area of Elden Ring, where players fight the tutorial boss, the Grafted Scion. Inside the Chapel where players first spawn. On the right side, you will find a dead Maiden.

Once you have Lord of Blood’s Favor item with you, getting near the dead Maiden—you will get the option to soak the item with the Maiden’s blood.

After that return to Varre and become a Knight of Blood Lord, Mohg.
