All About the Buffalo in Adopt Me

The Buffalo is a common pet originally added in June 2019. It is two shades of brown with black eyes and two white horns. To begin with the Buffalo was available through the Pet egg or the Cracked egg. Since July 2022, however, the Buffalo is now only available through the Retired egg, and no longer comes from either of the previous eggs.

There is now less of a chance of getting a Buffalo, but it is still a common pet and therefore not worth much. Valuing a pet is not really down to how much the egg costs to hatch the pet, but more about what you can trade your pet for with other players.

A common pet can be so easily obtained by other players that it is not possible to trade it for much more than a pet of a similar rarity. The Buffalo is a worth little more than before as there is less of a chance of hatching one but it is still not worth a lot. It has a trading value of around 2, so about the same as an Otter or Stingray, and more than a Cat or Dog.
