The Mario Bros are back with a new 2D platform, taking us into a wonderous new land! Continuing the popularity surge of Mario this year, particularly after the successes of the Mario movie and new theme park, another Super Mario game is due for launch this October. According to the trailer there will be a co-op option with up to four players in Super Mario Bros Wonder, and the playable characters will include Princess Daisy, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Luigi, and Toad, as well as our main man Mario.

Mario and his friends starts their adventure when Mario touches a Wonder Flower, unlocking a world of amazing sights and wonders that alter the gameplay in new and exciting ways. OG fans will notice the little changes in animation and the extra special touches like when Mario grasping for his hat as he falls. These little changes really modernize this new generation of Super Mario while also keeping it still wonderfully nostalgic for more grown-up players.
