During the release of the Free Fire OB25 update, Garena unveiled its biggest collaboration with one of the most renowned football stars, Cristiano Ronaldo. As a part of the collaboration, the company also added a new character, namely Chrono in Free Fire, which is now available in most of the servers.
To celebrate this huge collaboration, Garena has introduced a new Top Up event in Free Fire through which players can get Chrono character for just 1 Diamond.
As the Chrono character is yet to release on a few servers, the Top Up event is scheduled to begin on December 19, 2020, and the players will be able to grab the Chrono character on the same day.
How to get Chrono character for 1 Diamond during Top Up event
Step 1: Launch Free Fire on your device and login into your account.
Step 2: Go to the shop section and purchase Diamonds to be eligible for the reward.
Step 3: After successful purchase, go to the Events section by clicking the Calendar icon on the main screen.
Step 4: In the Events tab, locate the Chrono Top Up event.
Step 5: Hit the Claim button to get Chrono character.
After following the above steps, a popup will appear on the screen “Congratulations, You Got a Rare Item.”
In addition to this, players can also get the monster truck “Cosmic Agents” skin upon purchasing 500 Diamonds during the event.

Chrono Character Ability
Free Fire’s Chrono character boasts a unique ability called Time Turner. With the help of its Active skill, players can create a force field that blocks 600 damage from enemies, and one can fire outside from within the force field. On top of this, players can also enjoy the following benefits while using the character’s ability:
- Movement Speed: Increased by 15%
- Allies Movement Speed: Increased by 10%
- Ability effect: 4 seconds
- Cooldown: 50 seconds
Like other Free Fire characters, Chrono can be upgraded up to six levels to enhance its ability. Beyond this, players can also earn a Cosmic Bounty Hunter set by playing this character.
