In this guide, we will tell you about the final boss of this game, namely Death Egg Robot, about the features of the battle with him and how to win this difficult battle.

How Do I Beat the Death Egg Robot in Sonic Forces

Sonic Forces have a large number of bosses, but the Death Egg Robot is the last of some of the most difficult. The battle with this boss is clearly divided into 3 stages, each of which is very important and only after passing them all you can win.

Let’s consider all 3 stages in more detail.

First Phase

In the first stage, you control the classic Sonic and are on the purple blocks. The leftmost blocks disappear and appear on the right, and later they will move vice versa from right to left, so you should be careful that you are constantly in the safe zone.

At this time, the boss will hang over you and attack. In total, he has 2 types of attacks:

A laser beam needs to be jumped over, but you should be careful because there can be 2 or 3 beams almost at the same time.
The robot egg’s second attack throws large rocks at Sonic. During this phase, the player has 3 options to damage the boss:

When he strikes the platform with his hand, you can use a Wispon or a wired core attack, which will deal a little more damage.
Attack directly his arm as it falls. This is a safe way, but the damage inflicted on the enemy will be small
The boss can also be damaged using Asteroid Wispon, Lightning Wispons, Hover Wispons, or Burst Wispons.

In the second half of the battle, Death Egg Robot will start destroying the arena with its left hand and shoot lasers from its eyes. You need to be careful and fast so as not to die during this phase. And most importantly, do not worry, the destroyed space will gradually be restored.

The number of hits required to advance to the next stage often differs, as depending on the attacks you use, you can remove a different amount of the boss’s health bar.

Third phase

In the third phase, the boss will change visually quite a lot, becoming a three-headed mech with tentacles. And in this stage, the Sonics and the Avatar will fight together.

In order to deal damage to this boss, the player needs to collect rings and white lights in order to gain acceleration, get closer to the boss, and hit with a homing attack. Such attacks need to be done 7.

At this stage of the game, the boss will also have 3 new attacks:

Lots of tentacle lasers to jump over.
Streams of bright flames which are easily dodged, but you need to be careful not to get trapped when the beams cross.
Shot 2 lasers at high speed and a large radius of destruction.
