How to Start Lunar Realm Event
To start the Lunar Realm event players have to complete The Moon Has Risen world quest. It is an introductory quest where players have to talk to fisherwomen Kujirai Momiji. She will ask you to talk to the Liyue Fishing Association. Once you do that, report back to her, and doing so will unlock the Lunar Realm event.

There are some pre-requisites to get The Moon Has Risen world quest, we have listed them below:
- Adventure Rank 30 or above
- Complete Archon Quest: Ritou Escape Plan
- Unlock Serenitea Pot system

Lunar Realm Event Guide
In Genshin Impact’s Lunar Realm event, players have to complete new different activities that unlock over the course of seven days. On the first day of the event, players have to go through fishing training where they have to catch particular fish within the allotted time. Doing so will earn them rewards.
The Lunar Realm event day one challenge is easy if you are well aware of the appearance of the different fishes. As you have to capture a given number of specific fish to complete the challenge.

That aside, during the event when players have uncovered the mystery behind the Lunar Leviathan, they have to go to a designated water body and capture Ornamental Fish using Glowgrass bait which they can get from Kujirai Momiji.
