Genshin Impact Elemental Crucible co-op event started today on October 12, 2020. The event will last for one week and, until then, players can take part in the new co-op event to earn various rewards at the expense of the precious resins.
Players must be adventure rank 20 or above and must have completed the questline “Prologue: Act II – For a Tomorrow Without Tears” in order to take part in the event. Most of the Genshin Impact players easily qualify these criteria and, for them, we have a step by step guide on how to start the new event and redeem all rewards.
Steps to start the new crucible co-op event in Genshin Impact, Redeem free rewards
1.) To start the new Elemental Crucible co-op event players have to talk to Timaeus. Players can open the event tab by clicking on the compass icon located at the rightmost corner of the screen.
2.) Timaeus is the name of the Alchemist that players can find in Mondstadt. Talking to him will grant players a new quest called “Timaeus’s quest One Giant Step for Alchemy?”.
3.) Next players have to visit “Thousand Winds Temple located” in east side of the map(Mondstadt region).
4.) Talk to Timaeus and complete the short quest.
5.) Now, players will gain the option of “Matchmaking” that enables them to play the elemental crucible co-op event with other online players.
6.) After fighting your way through waves of enemies and shovelling elemental clots into the “Elemental Crucible”. Players will get a completion time along with a title that showcases your contribution during the co-op crucible session.
7.) Players can now collect the rewards by interacting with the elemental crucible and paying 40 resins.
8.) The free rewards are unlocked in the “Alchemy Handbook” by completing different challenges in the elemental crucible.
9.) To redeem the rewards go to Alchemy handbook and click on claim rewards. You can also check other challenges and free rewards that you will get for completing them.
