On the second day at the Golden Apple Archipelago, players can get only one additional Echoing Conch, aka Phantasmal Conch, apart from the 14 that you can find by simply exploring the different Islands of the archipelago.

Progress through As the Courtyard in Spring Once Appeared: Part I domain, and you will find the Echoing Conch on a table. Interact with it to progress the Resonating Vision event to get Fischl’s outfit for free.
