Fire Emblem Three Houses To Get Lunatic Difficulty Mode For Free After Launch

Fire Emblem Three Houses is going to get an additional difficulty level in the near future, the game’s director confirmed.

In the latest issue of Famitsu, Genki Yokota confirmed that the Lunatic difficulty mode will be added to Fire Emblem Three Houses with a free update shortly after launch, providing more challenge to experienced players.

A release date for this free update has yet to be confirmed, but it’s been highlighted how it will be released shortly after launch.

Fire Emblem Three Houses is the first entry in the series to get released on a home console since quite some time. The game will feature three different stories starring the titular houses, a military academy setting and several gameplay tweaks that make the game stand out from the most recent entries in the series.

Fire Emblem Three Houses launches tomorrow, July 26th, in all regions on Nintendo Switch.
