The Scarecrow is one of the much-needed items in Coral Island—a cozy farming simulation game that re-imagines classic titles like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon with modern-day graphics and performance. With the help of a Makeshift Scarecrow in Coral Island, you can protect your crops, up to eight tiles, from birds. And since Farming is Coral Island’s main gameplay component, you must know how to get Scarecrow.

How to Get Scarecrow in Coral Island

You can get a Makeshift Scarecrow in Coral Island via Crafting. To unlock its crafting recipe, players must reach Farming Level 1, and you do it by simply planting and watering Seeds and harvesting them—that is, by performing the act of Farming.

Assuming you managed to reach Farming Level 1, here are the materials you need for crafting the Makeshift Scarecrow in Coral Island:

  • Wood x15
  • Trash x10

Using your Axe tool, you can collect 15 pieces of Wood by chopping down trees found all over your Farm and Coral Island. At the same time, you can obtain Trash from your farmland. Once you have the required items, go to the crafting menu, a wrench icon denotes it.

After that, click on the Makeshift Scarecrow; granted, you have everything ready, the crafting process will take no time, and you will have your Makeshift Scarecrow prepared to place anywhere on your Farm to make sure no bird destroys your crops.

That is it. Now you know how to get a Scarecrow in Coral Island. While you are here, check out these other guides on the game:
