My guide has some basic information that will help you with this type of game, but also some advanced tips for the later stages. Keep reading and all of your answers might be answered – at least, I hope so. I’ve played the game quite a bit, and not only is it enjoyable, but also super fun. Especially if you already played Cookie Run: Kingdom and know the story.

So without further ado, let’s take a look at some useful Cookie Run: Witch’s Castle tips and tricks!

#1. Always Go For Combos

Whenever you try matching the blocks, aim for combos. The blocks will show you the boosters you can make whenever you have enough, so always try to align your blocks in order to create as many boosters as possible. It’s easier to clear a level that way.

The best combo you could make is the Bear Jelly Booster. My tip would be to aim for two Bear Jelly Boosters next to each other, and then combine those two. That will create a huge explosion all across the board, which automatically clears all the tiles. It’s one of the best ways to clear any stage, regardless of difficulty.

Of course, you won’t always be able to make combos, so try to pay attention to all possible combos.

#2. Don’t Spend All Your Coins in the Gacha

The gacha in Witch’s Castle is not the same as the gacha in Kingdom. In fact, it’s extremely different. Here, the Gacha uses Season Coins or Coins, which will summon 3 dice. Depending on those dice, you can get:

  • Gift Boxes
  • Decors
  • Cookies
  • Residents
  • Treasure Chests

All of these are needed to complete your collection, so even if the game can be cleared with virtually any cookie, some might be more useful than others. I made a Cookie Run: Witch’s Castle tier list going into more details about this, but the bottom line is that you want to save some of your Coins.

The Coins are useful for expanding the Witch’s Castle, so if you plan on decorating it and making all of your cookies happy, save a few Coins for the expansion.

#3. Start Decorating!

Decorating is very different in Witch’s Castle, and I have to say, it’s quite an acquired taste. It works in a way similar to Sea of Conquest or Fallout Shelter, but it stays true to the Cookie Run aesthetic. You have so much creative freedom despite it being completely different from CRK, so make sure you assign all the cookies you have and help them “Move In” – they’ll start producing goods for you.

#4. Take Part in Limited Time Events

First and foremost, don’t forget to redeem all the Witch’s Castle codes. These are time-limited, and they can give you anything from boosters to Coins and exclusive decorations. Secondly, don’t miss out on the events. If you spend a little bit of time passing through levels and doing whatever the event requires, you can collect a lot of boosters.

Those are not the only things you can collect, however, since some events can also give you time-limited decorations. Make sure you prioritize those, because if you want to expand your collection, events are part of the process.

#5. Join a Team for Freebies

A Team is the equivalent of a Guild, and you can join or create one. This is useful because you can request lives and offer (for free) to the other members, which is very good especially when you happen to be in a pickle! Bottom line? Team is Good!

#6. Invite a Friend and Get an Epic Cookie (Free!)

Every Season, you can get a free Epic Cookie for simply inviting a friend to play the game. Once that friend reaches level 10, you will receive that season’s Epic Cookie. The other rewards are as follows:

  • 100 Crystals for sharing the link
  • 200 Crystals once 1 friend joins
  • 300 Crystals once 2 friends join
  • 400 Crystals once 3 friends join
  • Epic Cookie once 4 friends join (Witchberry Cookie for Season 1)

If you want to help me out, feel free to use my link! I’d greatly appreciate it. You can also join my Team (ID: 70fd3cb5) – it’s called EU Parmesan Cookies!

#7. Consider Investing in the Season Pass

The Season Pass offers amazing rewards, which are well worth the money. If you have the means, you should consider purchasing it. The Season Pass lasts for a long time, and that will give you a pretty big advantage progressing in the stages. Not only will you have additional tries (3 extra lives), but also a ton of boosters that will come in handy.
