The Best Cookies in Cookie Run: Witch’s Castle
The very best cookies I ranked at the top, in the S-tier, are the ones that you can use for most of the stages. Of course, since all the stages have a different layout, they might not always be ideal. So, feel free to use this tier list however you see fit, and take it with a grain of salt.
