MIR4 has 5 servers: EU, NA, SA, and INDIA. Each of them has quite a few sub-servers. Also, the ping will differ depending on your location. The server time also differs depending on the region, therefore, different updates and events will happen at different times.
After opening the game, click “Change Server.” You will see all possible servers, as well as the ping on each of them.
After you have selected the region and sub-server, press “Select.” Now you can start playing on the new server from zero.
