A few hours ago, many Genshin Impact players started facing connection issues. The problem kept away many of the players from playing Genshin Impact, and since no prior notice or any maintenance time was announced by the developers miHoYo, the Genshin Impact community were in a questioned state, wondering – Are Genshin Impact Servers Down.

At the time of writing this article, we can confirm that Genshin Impact server is not down. We did check Genshin Impact server status and everything is working fine. Moreover, to personally confirm the state of the game, we tried to run Genshin Impact ourselves, and it was working completely fine(Asia server).
As of now, the official Twitter handle for Genshin Impact hasn’t put out anything related to server maintenance. And, we only knew about this issue because a lot of Genshin Impact players were searching this query.

On service down page, we can see in the last twenty minutes people have reported three issues related to Genshin Impact’s servers. Most of the players where getting “Network Error” messaging. Now, without any official information, the only thing we can think of is that – maybe Genshin Impact servers were just restarting and that is why for a few minutes players weren’t able to log into the game.
