Final Fantasy 16 has so many collectibles that it can get super difficult to keep track of them all. Curiosities, signboards, weapons, armor, letters—you name it! The good thing is that one of my most enjoyable activities in any game is collecting stuff.

By the time I got to the Holding On chapter, which is the 20th quest in the main story of Final Fantasy XVI, I had already collected a lot of items, but some nice surprises were waiting for me in this part of the campaign as well. In this article, we present all collectibles in the Holding On chapter in Final Fantasy XVI. With our help, you will leave no stone unturned!

All Collectibles in the Holding On Chapter in Final Fantasy XVI

Holding On is the main quest that will trigger three side quests that can get you some neat resources. Besides these, you will be able to pick up a nice accessory, some weapons and gear, and one Curiosity for your collection.

Here, we list all the collectibles you can get in various parts of this chapter and relevant information on how to get them:

  • Magicked Ash x10 and Meteroite x1—complete the False Friends side quest at Martha’s Rest
  • Magicked Ash x10 and Wyrrite x10—complete the Crystalline Lifeline side quest at Martha’s Rest
  • Blood Hawk Jess (Accessory; +8% Aerial Combo Damage)—found in a chest in the Greensheaves area, close to the location where you fight the Wivre
  • Wyrrite x10 and Meteorite x1—complete the Beast Against Beast side quest in Greensheaves
  • Invictus (Weapon), Metian Cross (Gear), and Metian Bond (Gear)—obtained automatically at the beginning of the Holding On main quest, right after the conversation with Lady Hannah
  • Lovely, Dark, and Deep Orchestrion Roll (Curiosity)—you can buy it from a merchant in Eastpool for 40,000 Gil
