Since you won’t have much choice in the early game, you should make do with what you have. Not all the heroes that you should focus during these levels will be viable during the end game, so use them only to get you to the mid stages of the game.

The heroes in the general tier list apply to the end-game tier list pretty much. Also, keep in mind that some of them carry on from the early game stages all the way to the end (Elijah & Lailah).
