Last year we have reported that a new point and click adventure game called Barmark was going to be released in the future on the App Store. We haven’t heard much about the game since but starting today players all over the world will finally be able to explore the beautiful world created by Stormhatt Studios, as Barmark is finally available for download on the App Store.
Barmark is a unique game in pretty much every way. Players don’t have any real goals in the game and there’s no game over, as they have total freedom in exploring the beautiful landscapes that make up the game’s world. Players, however, still have to do something as their actions will allow them to alter the environments to achieve harmony and personal perfection.
Each time a new game is started, Barmark will feature five out of eight possible landscapes as well as a randomly selected pair of Archanimals that will inhabit them. These animals will also players to activate machines every now and then so they also do have a role in the experience.
Barmark is definitely not a game for everyone. Its unque gameplay experience is not made for those who are always craving action but for those who like slower paced game that allow them to explore some beautiful locations.
Barmark is now available for purchase on the App Store for the price of $2.99.
