Relocation of settlements in Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is simple enough, but requires you to follow a few steps. The first thing you need to do is to unlock the Relocate ability. Just complete Chapter 10 of the main campaign and get 20 points of Ring Power. Afterward, go to the Ring Power tab and unlock the ability in the list.

When you have the Relocate ability, you may start the relocation process. Find an area with 3×3 free tiles and mark them with the March button. After that, you need to make sure all of your armies are on standby and that all of the territories you’ve marked belong to your faction.
When you’ve ensured all of your units are at your base, you can tap on the settlement you want to relocate. After that, click on the Build button and tap on the Relocate box. After you confirm relocation, you will need to pay 500 gems or contribution coins to officially relocate your settlement.
