Genshin Impact Mutual Exchange Hilichurl Event Guide
The Mutual Exchange is the second part of Sighting 3 event quest. Once you are done with the first part where you have to talk to a hilichurl and go to the designated area for a fight, you get the Mutual Exchange quest.
Talk to the other Hilichurl at the marked location. Once you exhaust his dialogues, he will commission you to get him the item “Celi lata” which translates to “Things such as fireflies, stars or the moon”.
As mentioned earlier Celi lata means things such as fireflies, stars or moon. To complete the quest, give the Hilichurl a single Luminescent Spine.

Where to find Celi Lata in Genshin Impact?
To get Luminescent Spine which comes in the category of Celi Lata, travel to Stormbearer Mountains, Mondstadt.
Set your game time to Midnight or a time close to Midnight. At the above player icon location, near ‘t’ and ‘o’ of Stormbearer, you will find a bunch of Fireflies near pine trees. They glow red in colour and are easy to spot.
Use your interact keys to extract Luminescent Spine from Fireflies.
