Fast traveling in Super Mario 3D World is incredibly simple, and you don’t have to unlock the feature, as it is available as soon as you reach World 2. All you need to do is press the – button to access the map and pick the world you want to travel to. The map menu also features an extremely handy level list for each world that helps you keep track of completed levels, and collected Stars and Stamps.
How To Fast Travel In Bowser’s Fury
Unlike the main campaign, Bowser’s Fury features a much bigger world to explore where you need to collect Cat Shines to be able to put down Bowser for good. This bigger map is filled with all sorts of collectibles that you may miss, so fast travel is incredibly useful for completionists who want to fully master the game.
Unfortunately, unlocking fast travel in Bowser’s Fury requires you to essentially complete the game by getting 50 Cat Shines. Once you do, just open the map and pick the lighthouses to fast travel to that location.
