Genshin Impact’s most awaited upcoming five-star playable character, Hu Tao’s banner was leaked ahead of its launch. The banner is called Discourse of the Departed and it features four-star playable characters like Xingqiu, Razor, and Chongyun. All four of the playable characters, including Hu Tao, will have a rate up in the Discourse of the Departed event wish banner.

Hu Tao’s banner was supposed to release after Xiao’s banner with Genshin Impact version 1.3 update. However, due to the Chinese New Year and some unforeseen circumstances, Hu Tao’s banner was delayed, and instead, players are getting Keqing’s event wish banner.
However, this time around, for the very first time, a Genshin Impact event wish banner is not going to last for three weeks, instead it’s going to last only for two weeks. So, it is highly likely that Hu Ta’s banner – Discourse of the Departed will release after Keqing’s event wish banner.
