Best Build for Uugo in Raid: Shadow Legends

RAID: Shadow Legends is a fantasy-themed, turn-based role-playing Gacha game. The story of the game takes place in the fictional kingdom of Teleria, where the Dark Lord Siroth resides after conquering it. The player takes on the role of a resurrected Ancient Champion whose objective is to restore peace and harmony in Teleria by raising an army and defeating Siroth.

Uugo

Uugo is a Magic affinity epic from the Ogryn Tribes faction. He is a great addition to Raid with his unique mix of offensive and defensive capabilities.

Strategy

His skills are as follows:

Black Hand: Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 35% chance of placing a [Leech] debuff for 2 turns. The chance increases by 5% for each alive enemy.
Maelstrom Wrack: Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of placing a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns. Also has a 50% chance of placing a [Block Buffs] debuff for 2 turns. The chance of placing the [Block Buffs] debuff increases by 5% for each alive enemy.
Uugo’s Brew: Removes all [Heal Reduction] debuffs from all allies, then removes 1 random debuff from all allies, then heals all allies by 20% of this Champion’s MAX HP. If all allies are dead, revives them with 50% HP, then fills their Turn Meters by 50% instead.
Final Spite (Passive): Places a 30% [Increase SPD] buff and a [Block Damage] buff on this Champion for 1 turn whenever this Champion’s last living ally is killed.

Uugo has an A2 that when booked and when paired with Sniper mastery will decrease an entire team’s defense and block any buffs. This is great for Doom Tower, Arena, Faction Wars, and any Dungeon.

He also has a leech on his A1, a small cleanse on his A3, and a situational team revive which paired with his passive that blocks damage when he is the last one alive is really possible to activate.
