The fertilizer bin isn’t offered to players from the start of the game, meaning players will have to play through some of the initial quests before they can use the Fertilizer Bin in Rune Factory 5. Once you progress through a few of the introduction quests, you will get a quest from Priscilla that requires you to use Fertilizer Bin.
You can get the Fertilizer Bin in Rune Factory 5 by simply accepting that quest. It will be given to you by Priscilla as a gift and will appear near the job board (a small cylinder right next to the Materials Bin).
The Fertilizer Bin will be located near the field of the SEED headquarters. It looks like a small bucket, and you can interact with it by completing the Goblin quest.
