Where to Get a Cooking License in Rune Factory 5

You can get a Cooking License by acing the Pro Cooking License exam that Eliza gives you at the Rigbarth Outpost once you have spent around 500p or more at Saint Eliza.

Obtaining the Cooking License will unlock a new Cooking Table that you can purchase from Studio Palmo. 

With the new Cooking Table, you can make more advanced dishes, hold more cooking ingredients, and have more freedom in cooking a variety of dishes, as compared to the free Cooking Table that you get by interacting with Palmo at the Studio for the very first time.
