If you’re a fan of games set during World War II, there’s a very good chance you have heard of Sky Gamblers: Storm Raiders. Released back in 2013, the game by Atypical Games was critically acclaimed, earning the 2013 Apple Design Award.
If you loved the game, get ready to get back into the cockpit, as its sequel, Sky Gamblers: Storm Raiders 2, will release next week on the App Store worldwide.
Like its predecessor, Sky Gamblers: Storm Raiders 2 allows players to control legendary World War II planes and engage in dogfights during key World War II battles.
Sky Gamblers: Storm Raiders 2 doesn’t just feature a lot of planes, but also several detailed locations like Germany, Russia, Norway, Egypt, UK and US. Each location has also come with realistic weather patterns to recreate the real war scenarios as accurately as possible.
Battles also promise to be extremely engaging, with enemies found in the air, on land and in the water. Those who aren’t confident in their skills can also train in the game’s Training Mode, which will help them hone their skills.
Other modes include an extensive single-player campaign, Survival, Last Man Standing, Last Team Standing, Free Flight, Free for All, Team Match, Capture the Flag and Defend the Base.
Sky Gamblers: Storm Raiders 2 also features iCloud integration, allowing players to share progress across several devices and compete on the game’s Leaderboards.
Sky Gamblers: Storm Raiders 2 launches on November 15th on the App Store.
