Here, several factors intervene at once, only confirming the low probability of such an outcome.

Firstly, the game was positioned by Sony as an exclusive for its consoles for a long time, and the fresh port on the PC did not radically change the situation. Secondly, God of War is technically a very complex game, the hardware of mobile devices on Android is not even close enough for its correct operation even in the case of a port. 

Thirdly, porting games to mobile platforms is a long and expensive process: redoing all controls from scratch, a lot of work on optimization for weaker hardware, a completely different operating system, etc. All this makes the release of God of War on Android almost impossible.
