Who is Weathered Dagger Owner in Elden Ring
The owner of the Weathered Dagger is none other than the NPC D, aka Hunter of the Dead. You can find him in the Roundtable Hold and hand over the Weathered Dagger to progress Fia’s questline.
However, make sure you have completed D’s questline, as handing him the Dagger will mark the end of him. We won’t spoil the exact way D dies as it’s better you learn it yourself.

After handing the dagger to D, reload the area, or revisit the Roundtable Hold, in case, you teleported after handing him the dagger. Now, go to the room past Blacksmith Hewg. You will find D’s body, pick up his items as you will need them for Rogier and Fia’s questline. Or, you can use it for yourself.
