You can buy Hop Rock Dualies at The Sanctuary. Go there and find the Scientist. He should be located in the western part of the building on the terrace. It is he who will be able to sell you this exotic weapon for 500 Gold Bars.
You will have to try to accumulate the required amount of Gold Bars. Because unfortunately, you can’t get Hop Rock Dualies anywhere except the Scientist. Perhaps in the next seasons, it will become more affordable.
