Everything you need to know!

In the Pokemon mainline series games, there always were obstacles in your path that stopped you from progressing further in the game, or that at least made your time progressing nearly impossible.

Such is the case with dark caves. These are caves, like Wayward Cave in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, which are nearly pitch-black and are almost impossible to navigate through without a TM like Flash.

TM 70 Flash is quite an essential tool to have in the Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl games, so if you want to find out where to get Flash in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, then you’re in the right place. Just read on below to find out!

How to Get Flash in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl

There are two different ways you can get the TM Flash in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. They are as follows:

Oreburgh Gate

In order to get Flash from Oreburgh Gate—which is situated between Route 203 and Oreburgh City—you need to have the Rock Smash TM, and you need the ability to Rock Smash, which you get after beating the first Gym Leader, Roark.

Once that’s out of the way, enter Oreburgh Gate through Route 203 and break the rocks in the passageway right above you. Head to the underground area, and then proceed through the straightforward path while breaking all the rocks in your way. Jump down a ledge and pick up TM 70 Flash!

Veilstone Department Store

This one is straightforward. Head to Veilstone City, and then to its Department Store. Head to the third floor and talk to the woman in the corner behind the counter and purchase TM 70 Flash from her for 1,000 PokeDollars!
