You are able to find this location on the Galar map. You will need to go to the red exclamation points and encounter different Pokemon there. Togepi is a rare Pokemon, so it may take some time to encounter it. You just need to continue to fight different Pokemon in the Bridge Field till you meet Togepi.

The second way to encounter Togepi in Pokemon Sword and Shield is to trade it. There is an NPC named Holly that you can find in Hammerlocke. She will say that she wants to trade her Togepi for a Toxel. So, you just need to bring your Toxel to her and trade it for Togepi.
