Sneaky Sasquatch loves to eat campers’ food and find disguises to wear so he can avoid the Park Ranger. He can take on small jobs, go on quests, and help protect his park, all while causing mischief like a good Sasquatch should! There are fun tasks to complete and people to meet all around the expanding area, including finding the Mushroom Hunter, who has a lucrative job for you…what could it possibly be? Find out below!
Finding the Mushroom Hunter
The only way to find the Mushroom Hunter is to first complete the Treasure Map storyline of collecting every piece of the missing map. Until you have done this, the Mushroom Hunter won’t speak to you.
Once you have all the map pieces, you can start to look for the Mushroom Hunter’s cabin. They live alongside a river, so you will need a boat, but not just any boat! This is a rushing river, too fast for a canoe. Visit the Marina and get yourself a motorboat—it is the only way to make your way up the fast-flowing river.
Once you have your boat, motor your way up the river for quite a while until you see the Mushroom Hunter’s cabin positioned in the woods. Just beyond this will be a small clearing where you can pull your boat in.
Moor up in this small area and get out of the boat—the Mushroom Hunter’s cabin is right there! Visiting the Mushroom Hunter lets you begin the great mushroom hunt, where you collect a variety of mushrooms from around the island and take them back to the cabin to exchange them for coins.
Once you have found all the mushrooms, the hunter will give you a stick of dynamite which you can use to create a quicker path to the cabin, making it easier to earn easy coins from mushrooms you find.
