So, you need to reach the building to the southwest, as the spot is right there! Use the paraglider to move to the location. Once you see the military airdrop and an electrical box, remember: you need to solve the puzzle to reach the desired room. The electrical box is its part.
Thus, you will need to connect the electricity to three boxes. They are put on different floors.

Please take the cable from the roof box. Head to the east side and drop along the outside of the building. This way, you will land in the second set of open windows. Fix the wire to the box.
Then please head to the west side and take the cable there. Drop out the window down to the second set of open windows located lower. Fix it there as well.
The last step is to take the cable from the east side and drop it down to where the surface is covered with grass. Come inside the room and fix it there.
