Springvale Pond
The Pond behind Springvale is the best location to get more than twelve Calla Lilies at once. Teleport to the waypoint located in the middle of the pond.
On the small ground area near the teleport waypoint, you will find your first set of Calla Lily. Take them and circle the pond to get more Calla Lily.
Run around at the border of the pond to get Calla Lily. 
You will also find four frogs around the pond.
Once you have collected the Calla Lily from Springvale, you can move to the next location Dawn Winery.
Dawn Winery Teleport Waypoint
Teleport to the waypoint located below Andrius arena near Dawn Winery. Near the water body, you will find two Calla Lily.

There’s not many Calla Lily found here, however, you can quickly grab them and move on to the next location.
Wolvendom
Teleport to the Wolvendom waypoint, right past the small water area where you encounter hydro slimes, you will find around three to four Calla Lily.
