Magcore is one of the materials in Tower of Fantasy that players need to ascend Volt-element weapons to enhance their ATK power. Players can also combine Magcore to form Heart of Lightning, a higher variant of the same core that players need for ascending high-level Volt element weapons. In this guide, we will talk about where to find Magcore in Tower of Fantasy while sharing some alternative ways to obtain Magcore.

You will find Magcore in Astra, Banges, Navia, and Warren regions of the Aesperia map of the Tower of Fantasy. You will obtain them by breaking large purple crystals you may come across while exploring the said regions.

In total, there are 34 purple crystals that give you around 34 Magcore for free. All you have to do is to destroy the purple crystals using the same element weapon—the Volt weapon in this case. Players can also use Volt Cores, the slime-like creatures, to destroy the purple crystals to obtain the Magcore.

Alternatively, players can also obtain Magcore in Tower of Fantasy via the Weapon’s Special Order gacha, where you use Black Nucleus. Perform gacha pulls on the said banner, and you will get different weapon upgrade materials, including Magcore.

That aside, players can also get Magcore from the Weapon or Support Store accessed via the Commissary option from the main menu. There, you can use the Black Gold currency to buy Magcore.

Tower of Fantasy is a gacha-based MMORPG available on the Android, iOS, and PC platforms.
