Also, the summoning component is guaranteed to drop for all party members to collect, so you do not have to worry about grinding to collect them.
Now, after collecting five Unstable Matrix Cores, they will merge and become an Unsustainable Containment Core. With the Unsustainable Containment Core at hand, go to any of the four titanium Reactors in Tyrhold and click on the vortex within each of the four reactors. Once done, you will see the Ancient Protector.
