Where is the Shadow Tracker in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1?

In Fortnite Chapter 3, Season One, you can get the Shadow Tracker Exotic Pistol from a malfunctioning Weapon-O-Matic or Mending Machine.

During each match, any of the Weapon-O-Matics or Mending Machines can malfunction. There is no exact occurrence or location where you can find a malfunctioned Weapon-O-Matic or Mending Machine. 

It makes the quest to obtain the Shadow Tracker a daunting task, especially during a match where others are trying to kill you.
