Pokémon GO was a smash hit when it first came out, breaking all sorts of concurrent player records for the Pokémon franchise all over the world!
As is with every Pokémon game, players are tasked with searching for Pokémon to capture and collect, using them to battle other Pokémon, be it against the AI or against other players. The difference with Pokémon GO is that it utilizes the player’s phone GPS to find and capture Pokémon!
The game has been expanding its roster since its humble release with the original 151 Pokémon all the way to modern times. Pokémon got so popular that the original roster kept expanding till we got to eight whole generations of Pokémon!
Today we will be talking about one of the Legendary Pokemon from Gen 7, Tapu Bulu.
Tapu Bulu
Tapu Bulu is a legendary Grass/Fairy-type Pokémon in Pokémon GO. It has a max CP of 3865, with the following stats in Pokémon GO: 249 ATK, 215 DEF and 172 STA. It is vulnerable to Fire, Flying, Ice, Poison and Steel-type moves and is boosted by Sunny and Cloudy weather.
Originally found in the Alolan region from Pokémon Sun and Moon, Tapu Bulu can be acquired in Pokémon GO as part of the Raids of the April events. This is the current Raid schedule for players who want to keep track of the event:
- March 22 – April 5: Tapu Lele
- April 5 – April 12: Therian Forme Thundurus
- April 12 – April 26: Tapu Bulu
- April 26 – May 3: Therian Forme Landorus
With Tapu Bulu debuting next month, it is the perfect time for players to capture this elusive Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon GO.
