Call of Duty: Mobile brought two new weapons – FR .556 and SKS Marksman Rifle in the latest Season one update. While FR .556 is now available to unlock in the newest battle pass, there’s no way to get the brand new SKS firearm in COD Mobile. However, Activision has confirmed that they will soon add a way to unlock it and shared the details regarding it.
When will SKS be made available in COD Mobile?
The newly launched Marksman Rifle in Call of Duty: Mobile, SKS, will be made available in mid-February via the seasonal challenge called Battle Royale Bluff.
Activision said in an official statement:
Those looking to put in more effort can earn another base weapon, the SKS, via the seasonal challenge Battle Royale Bluff. This Marksman Rifle is all about dominating long-range firefights with its fast-firing Kilo Bolt-Action. The SKS will be available in mid-February.
For those who don’t know much about the new SKS weapon, it is a lightweight and semi-automatic gun with a massive fire rate. While SKS doesn’t have the destructively single-shot damage of the Kilo Bolt Action, it has a tremendous fire rate and a versatility that makes it ideal in more combat scenarios.Â
