The wait is finally over—Diablo Immortal is here on both mobile devices and PC! While the game is considered to be officially launched on mobile, Blizzard has stated that the PC version is running as an open beta. As to be expected, there is a bit of confusion on this topic, so today we’ll be answering the question: when does the Diablo Immortal PC beta end?
Diablo Immortal’s PC Beta Dates
Diablo Immortal is available now on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store, and it’s the full, official release. The PC version is available from the Battle.net launcher, and it’s labeled as an open beta. The reason for this is that the PC version was developed after the mobile version, and as such it may contain bugs that aren’t present in the mobile version.
PC players are free to download Diablo Immortal and play it on their PC, but just keep in mind that you may encounter issues. Blizzard has already released several hotfixes to squash nasty bugs, so they’re making the PC version stable in a timely manner.
With that said, for all intents and purposes, the PC open beta of Diablo Immortal can be considered pretty much a full launch of the game. We only say this because Blizzard has put out an official FAQ on the beta, stating that all players will keep their progress once the PC open beta is over. You’ll even be able to play the mobile version with cross-saves enabled, meaning you can pick up on the mobile version where you left off on the PC version, and vice versa.

To add onto the notion that the PC open beta is a full launch, Blizzard has not stated when the beta will end. The PC version will most likely continue to carry the open beta label until Blizzard and NetEase deem it stable enough, which will take an indefinite amount of time. As it stands though, the PC version is pretty much fully playable with a few hiccups here and there, so it shouldn’t be too long before it leaves open beta.
That concludes our guide on Diablo Immortal’s PC open beta dates. Go ahead and try the PC open beta for yourself if you’d like, as you don’t have to worry about your progress resetting at the end of it, whenever that is.
