Bitlife Resets usually occur when a big update rolls around for the game. Some players have lost their Bitizenship as well. While this issue can happen on any device, the issue seems more widespread in the Android version of Bitlife. If you can’t log in, you might want to check if your login ID is correct.
In any case, if you lose your Bitlife progress or data, there’s no option of ever getting it back. The developers in one of their community blog posts mentioned that if a player loses their saved game after an update, then it is impossible to retrieve it.
This can really be devasting for players who spend a majority of their time progressing in the game only to see it all wipe away after an update.
