Ancient cities are structures exclusive to deep dark caves. There is nobody to find in these silent eerie structures as long as players don’t make any noise. Ancient cities have multiple sculk shriekers, which, when activated, summon the terrifying and almighty Warden.

In ancient cities, loot chests found on top of ice blocks can contain:
- Snowball
- Packed Ice
- Baked Potato
- Golden Carrot
- Suspicious Stew
Disc Fragments, Swift Sneak enchantment, and Echo Shards are items exclusive to ancient cities. Players will have to explore the ancient cities to get these items. The ancient city is a massive structure loaded with loot chests. Therefore, players won’t likely have to go through multiple ancient cities to get the above items.
