In Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, Hyper Training is an excellent tool that players can use to enhance the stats of their Pokémon. And as a result, a player can maximize the strength of their team and take down foes more quickly in battle. If you’re still confused as to what is Hyper Training in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, here is a guide with all the information you need.

What is Hyper Training in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Players can Hyper Train their Pokémon at Level 50 or above by exchanging Bottle Caps/Gold Bottle Caps in Montenevera, near the Pokémon Center. Bottle Caps can also be purchased at any Delibird Presents locations, under the General Goods category.

However, these items are pretty expensive, costing you 20,000 Pokédollars/LP, so you may need to battle a few trainers to raise enough currency. Also, players who are unable to find the product at Delibird Presents must battle and defeat a few Gyms to unlock the feature.

You can also exchange Gold Bottle Caps to Hyper Train their Pokémon, which can significantly increase stats within your party. Regardless, this option is more challenging, since you have to leave it up to chance at the auction of Porto Marinada Market. And once you have obtained enough Bottle Caps and reached the correct level in the game, you can commence the Hyper Training process.

Below is a step-by-step guide to help you with the tool:

  • Talk to the man with the Abomasnow;
  • Choose a Level 50 or above Pokémon;
  • Exchange some Bottle Caps/Gold Bottle Caps—as long as you have one Bottle Cap, you can use it for this exchange;
  • Pick a stat to Hyper Train your Pokémon;
  • Select ‘Start the training!’;
  • Complete the Hyper Training.

So that’s it for our guide on what Hyper Training is in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and how to use it. We hope you’ve found it helpful. Happy gaming!
