Sparkling Cookie commences a Sparkling Party at given intervals, by jumping and sliding to fill a small gauge. The more a gauge is filled, the more balloons will appear during the Sparkling Party. You can blow up the balloons to create Sparkling Jellies and level up for more frequent Sparkling Parties.

Thus Cookie also has a Magic Candy ability which allows special balloons appear during the Sparkling Party. The stronger the enchanted power, the more points you’ll earn for Sparkling Jellies. Sparkling Cookie as shows up in the Tropical Soda Islands story as part of the main cast as well as in the BOO! Halloween Masquerade story where he’s the Costume contest’s Host.
