Generally, Secret Plans depend on the unit’s title, so by manipulating your character’s titles, you can get access to more Secret Plans. Officers taking part in the battle will also propose Secret Plans of their own, and if you decide to go with one of them, your relationship with the officer that proposed it will improve. Pulling it off will further improve the relationship while failing to do so will worsen it.

Pulling off Secret Plans usually involves completing a certain task on the battlefield, like protecting certain units, defeating certain enemies, conquering certain bases before the timer runs out, and more.
