In order to get the Sporelacer in Warframe, you will need to go to Deimos. There you will find different members of the Entrati family and the one you need is Father. He will sell you the Sporelacer’s blueprint for 500 Entrati Standing. You won’t need to rank up your reputation with this syndicate as the chamber for kitgun requires Rank 0 with Entrati.
After you buy the blueprint you will be able to craft the Sporelacer. This will require the next ingredients: x5,000 Credits, x15 Pustulite, x20 Adramal Alloy, x25 Benign Infested Tumor, and x10 Sporulate Sac.
