Take your time!
Just like the original Tower game, there’s no need to rush! The Tower Assassin’s Creed features no time limit of any kind, so you’re free to take as much time as you need on every block of the tower. We highly recommend that you do so too, as patience is a virtue! If you take your time with the blocks, you are less likely to shave off the sides. Remember that the goal is to get as high as possible, not get as high as possible as fast as possible!
Let the block pass by one time!
Once you get really good at nailing the blocks down perfectly, you will find yourself caught in a good rhythm. Just be careful though, as the blocks will not spawn into the world on the same side all the time. The game deliberately does this to throw off your timing, so heads up! If you’re unsure of your timing, always keep in mind that it’s better to be safe than sorry – just let the block pass over the tower one time to get your bearings again.
Use your helix on boosters!
At the end of every run you will dive off the tower and grab anima helix on the way down. Helix is the main currency in this game and you can spend it on new costumes, mid-game undos, and most importantly boosters. Upon reaching level three you will gain the ability of buying boosters before starting your tower building adventure.
- Headstart – 250 Helix – This booster automatically gives you a good sized tower at the beginning of the run.
- Slow Time – 100 Helix – Quite possibly the most useful out of the three boosters, Slow Time does exactly what it sounds like. Buying it will add the button on the left side of the screen, and you can tap on it to slow down time temporarily. Save it for when you get really high or when you are down to your last blocks!
- Helix Magnet – 50 Helix – This booster essentially makes it so that you collect ALL of the helix at the end of the run, as you will automatically pull them in.
It’s up to you which boosters to buy, but we highly recommend the Slow Time booster to really help you out when the blocks start moving fast!
Keep going with the big undo!
Of course, you can also just save up your helix for that one, big moment! At the end of a run a checker-patterned undo button will show up. This thing costs a whopping 200 helix but it will set you back a couple blocks down. If you’re in the middle of a good run and you messed up due to silly things, consider continuing with the big undo!
