Sylveon has been announced alongside Mamoswine as one of the next Pokémon arriving in Pokémon Unite. Rumour has it that Mamoswine will arrive first, followed quickly by Sylveon, so both new Pokémon should arrive a week or two after the mobile release of Pokémon Unite on September 22nd. Sylveon is a Fairy-type Pokémon and is the only evolution of Eevee. Here is all we know so far about Sylveon in Pokémon Unite!
Judging from what we have seen in the preview, Sylveon is more than likely going to be a Ranged-Attack Pokémon alongside Gardevoir. If her stats from the original series are anything to go by, Sylveon could easily be a bit of a tanker too, with high Special Attack and Special Defense stats. If Sylveon does end up as a decent Attack Pokémon, then the best Held Items to take to battle may be the Float Stone to up Attack stats even more, or the Wise Glasses to up Special Attack Stats.
The gameplay footage suggests that Sylveon can use Hyper Voice to cause sustained damage to the enemy. It also shows her in the Jungle, so this may mean she is a decent Jungler too! The Unite Move shows Sylveon using a large area-of-attack move, meaning she could deal damage to many opponents at once when surrounded.
Pokémon Unite is available to play on Nintendo Switch now, and on IOS and Android from September 22nd.
