Surfingers is the perfect game to play nowadays: not only that it is simple yet fun and addictive, but it also helps you leave all the cold weather behind and think about sun and beaches and… surfing! And we’re here to help make your stay on the waves as long as possible by sharing some Surfingers cheats and tips that will hopefully help you get the highest score yet and eventually unlock all the characters.

1. Look ahead
Probably the best tip I can give you is to look ahead: always stay focused to see the type of wave that’s coming so that you can easily make the required move up or down. Look at the right of the screen and be prepared: the sooner you act, the better your chances to keep on going!
2. Get more characters quickly
You can be smart about unlocking characters: first, you get one for free if you Like the game on Facebook. Second, you should save your money for the characters that require 200 and above points because the ones at 75 and 150, even though they seem impossible to unlock by beating those scores at first, will be soon unlocked without spending stars. I personally recommend starting with the 700 stars character and then move up.
3. Ignore the stars
I know that stars are what you need to unlock new characters, so it might sound completely crazy to you to hear that you should ignore them, but that’s what you should do: simply ignore the stars: as soon as you start focusing on them and you try to play the game to collect them, your mind will go completely crazy and you’ll commit the fatal mistake. Try to only focus on the upcoming waves and act as soon as possible to get to the same level as they are: any extra stars collected along the way are just a bonus and come naturally (and trust me, there will be a lot you’ll get without even focusing on them!)
4. Your character doesn’t matter!
Except for them being cool (or not), the characters don’t really have any bonuses or perks that you can take advantage of (unfortunately). So just choose the one you like most or set to receive a random one each time you start a new game and focus on getting better scores!
5. Watch ads to keep on going!
Every now and then, the game will give you the option to watch a video ad and continue playing, after you miss a wave. I recommend to always do that when you’re about to beat your previous high score or when you feel that you can continue an amazing run. Don’t overdo it because the number of ads you can watch per day can be limited, so only keep them for those special occasions.
6. Practice makes perfect
Surfingers is a game where your own skill and reaction times matter the most. But the more you play, the better you get at it so keep on playing! Eventually you will reach scores that you didn’t think were possible and you will unlock all characters!
