While Space Justice: Galaxy Shooter is a shoot’em’up, there are some important RPG mechanics that you need to be aware of as well. We will go over them in our Space Justice: Galaxy Shooter cheats, tips and tricks strategy guide!
Level up your ships!
When the going gets tough and your ship cannot seem to take a single hit without going up in flames, then it might be time to upgrade your ships. Whenever you are in doubt, most of your problems can be remedied by simply upgrading your ship. Getting hit in one shot? Upgrade! Primary weapons too weak to take down enemies? Upgrade!
The only thing you need to level up a ship is credits, so you should be able to upgrade them on a fairly constant basis. Drones however require a separate pool of experience that is earned as you complete levels. When you fly with drones they gain their own individual experience, so be sure to use the one you like the most a lot.
Play Co-Op whenever possible!
Unless you are really in a hurry to get a stage done, you should always be playing the co-op mode whenever you get the chance. Playing co-op not only makes it easier to get through the stage, but you also earn the secondary currency “bro-points,” the thumbs-up currency.
You can spend your bro-points in the shop, where you can trade your points for all sorts of goodies, including credits, tech points, ship cards, and even the premium currency crystals.
If you are sitting at your bridge, sometimes you may receive a distress signal from another player. Look for a green button on the left side of the screen – this is another player looking for a co-op partner.
Use up all your tech points before you go away!
The Tech Lab lets you improve ship stats across the board! These upgrades will apply to every single one of your ships, so tech upgrades are very important in terms of progression. You will need tech points in order to upgrade them.
Your battlecruiser’s generator will automatically create tech points for you over time, but the quickest way to earn more is to go steal some for yourself! You can attack other players in Space Justice, and successful attacks will let you nab some of their tech point reserves. Other players’ battlecruisers will have various defenses set up, so do not expect a walk in the park!
Be warned! Everyone has a battle log, so you can see who has attacked you recently. Players can enact revenge on you to take their tech points back, so the best way to counter this is to simply spend all of your tech points so you do not have any to steal!
If you are going to be aggressive and steal other players’ tech points, it is best to do it in bursts. Attack players relentlessly until you get the tech points you need, then spend it all in one go.
Play the raid levels!
When you are going through the story levels, you will sometimes see a branching path that leads to an optional raid level. These levels play out like normal levels, but you have a guaranteed chance to receive six cards of a specific ship. These levels also have three difficulties to them as well, so if you are up to the challenge you can potentially nab 18 ship cards from one of these levels!
Fuel up on free verdium!
Verdium is your ships energy source and it functions as this game’s stamina system. You can grab 50 verdium for free every day from 19:00 to 22:00 real world time, so if you are running low on reserves be sure to check in for a quick refill!
